Since 2003, Improving Dreams Equality Access and Success at UCLA has been a trailblazer in the immigrant rights movement by giving a face and voice to the issues of immigrant youth on-campus, in the community, and across the nation. This organization hopes to inspire contemporary and future immigrant rights leaders at any institution to pursue a reform of the immigration system and ensure the holistic well being of the immigrant community.
Office Manager
The office manager is responsible for the most fun part of all which is creating the weekly newsletter! This job means sending out emails to our entire membership list and keeping track of new members that need to be added to the email groups. You also need to attend weekly board meetings as well as events.

Responsible for sensitizing and bringing awareness to the community at large of undocumented students and also acts as a liaison between IDEAS and other student organizations.

Ourstorian: Keeps and creates record and inventory of newspaper articles, television reports, and any other public record on IDEAS, AB 540 and/or undocumented students

Retention
Retention: Liaison between Campus Retention Committee (CRC) and IDEAS. Responsible for implementing and maintaining study nights, midterms, and final study kits. Also liason with IDEAS retention program (USPARC)
